Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust's, or FLCT's, portfolio occupancy rate dropped by 1.4 percentage points quarter on quarter to 92.5% as of end-June 2025. The trust is divesting 357 Collins Street in Australia for SGD 164 million, a 0.6% premium over its most recent independent valuation.
