Chart Industries released its second-quarter results following Baker Hughes' July 29 announcement that it's acquiring Chart. So, it withdrew its 2025 guidance. Chart's second-quarter sales of $1.08 billion grew 4% year on year, though operating margin declined 40 basis points to 15.7%.
