CKI Holdings: Share Price Rises on Market Talk of Impending Sale of Its UK Rolling Stock Business

CKI Holdings' share price rose more than 7% over the past two weeks on talk of an impending sale of UK Rails, for about GBP 4 billion. Our prior note had a 50% stake—this should be 65%—so the potential rise in valuation is 12%, not 8.6%. Net debt of 1.4% is now net cash.
