SS&C Technologies: Calastone Acquisition Pricey but Adds to GIDS Business

SS&C Technologies announced on July 21 that it intends to acquire Calastone for $1.03 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will be funded with cash on hand and debt.
