Star Entertainment: Corporate Action - Bally's Deal Is the Lifeline Needed

On June 25, 2025, Star Entertainment shareholders will vote on a AUD 300 million investment in exchange for convertible notes. The investment comprises AUD 200 million from Bally's and AUD 100 million from Investment Holdings. The board unanimously recommends approving the transaction.
