VF Earnings: In-Line Results Provide Confidence Despite Near-Term Issues; Shares Undervalued

VF achieved 5% sales growth in its outdoor coalition (30% of total) in its (March-ended) fiscal 2025 fourth quarter, but total sales fell 5% as Vans' reset continues, and Dickies remained weak. Adjusted gross and operating margins improved 560 and 400 basis points, respectively, to 53.4% and 1%.
