Franklin closed out March 2025 with $1.541 trillion in assets under management, or AUM. With average long-term AUM down and fees flat year over year, adjusted fiscal second-quarter revenue declined 3.3%. With expenses down slightly, adjusted operating margins fell 180 basis points to 23.4%.
