Narrow-moat-rated Fortive reported first-quarter adjusted EPS of $0.85, in line with management's guidance. We've lowered our fair value estimate to $87 from $90, which reflects our more muted near-term revenue growth projections for the precision technologies business. We see the name as undervalued, with shares currently trading in 4-star territory.
