Airbus Earnings: Plugging Away at Faster Jet Deliveries, Limited Tariff Hit; Shares 11% Undervalued

Airbus reported sales 6% higher than in the first quarter of 2024, led by an 11% increase in its defense business and a 4% increase in revenue on six fewer aircraft delivered in the commercial business. Adjusted operating profit of EUR 624 million rose 8% on EUR 13.5 billion consolidated revenue.
