Qantas Earnings: Domestic Pricing Resilient and Budget Growing, but Competition to Return

Qantas reported interim 2025 underlying pretax profit of AUD 1.4 billion, 11% higher than last year. Profits grew domestically and internationally across both its brands. Budget brand Jetstar was the standout, lifting underlying segment profit 35%, while loyalty earnings declined.
