Swatch Earnings: Under Pressure Due to Weakness in China; Shares Remain Attractive

We are reducing our fair value estimate for narrow-moat Swatch to CHF 290 from CHF 333 as we incorporate weak 2024 numbers, mainly hit by poor demand in China. Swatch is one of the stocks in our European luxury coverage most exposed to the region.
