Teleflex Earnings: Slightly Disappointing Results Due to OEM Segment; Fair Value Unchanged

Teleflex reported third-quarter results that were slightly lower than expectations due to weak performance in the OEM segment. Management lowered guidance again; it now expects adjusted constant-currency revenue growth of 3.5%-4.0% for the full year, 1 percentage point lower than the previous guidance at the midpoint. We maintain our fair value estimate of $225 per share.
