We are reaffirming our $97 per share fair value estimate for WEC Energy after the company reported third-quarter earnings of $0.82 per share, down from the $1.00 in the same year-ago period. Rate design changes have shifted WEC's earnings more evenly throughout the year. Management reaffirmed 2024 earnings guidance of $4.80-$4.90 per share, in line with our expectations.
