Adbri: Corporate Action – Vote in Favor of Acquisition by CRH

We recommend shareholders of no-moat Adbri vote in favor of the proposed acquisition by CRH Group, a New York and London Stock Exchange-listed global building product company, provided it is consistent with investment goals. Adbri directors unanimously recommend the deal. The acquisition price is AUD 3.20 cash per share. This price is within the independent expert’s valuation range of AUD 3.09-AUD 3.53, who concluded the scheme is fair and reasonable.
