Sysco: Upgrading Moat to Wide and Capital Allocation Rating to Exemplary but Shares Fairly Valued

We’ve upgraded Sysco’s moat rating to wide and Capital Allocation Rating to Exemplary. We’ve raised our fair value estimate for Sysco to $78 per share from $73 mostly due to the upgraded moat rating. Still, we see limited risk-adjusted upside at current prices.
