PG&E: Shortfall Risk Easing After Fire Victim Trust's Recent Sales, PG&E Stock Price Rally

We are reaffirming our fair value estimate for PG&E after the Fire Victim Trust sold 60 million shares of PG&E stock at $16.11 per share on April 11. The FVT, created during PG&E's 2020 bankruptcy, now owns 128 million shares, or 6% of total PG&E shares outstanding, down from 24.1% when PG&E exited bankruptcy.
