Singtel: KKR and Singtel to Buy the 82% of STT GDC Not Yet Owned for SGD 6.6 Billion

A KKR and Singtel consortium has announced a deal to buy the remaining 82% of global data center firm STT GDC for SGD 6.6 billion. Upon completion of the deal, Singtel will own 25% of STT GDC, with KKR owning the rest. Singtel will account for STT GDC as an associate.
