Ameren Well Positioned for Transmission Investments; Narrows Full-Year Guidance

We are reaffirming our $84 per share fair value estimate, no-moat rating, and stable moat trend for Ameren after it reported third-quarter operating EPS of $1.74, compared with $1.65 in the same year-ago period. The company narrowed its 2022 earnings guidance range of $4.00-$4.15 per share from $3.95-$4.15 and in line with our estimate.
