We are relaunching the coverage of Kilroy Realty after taking a fresh look at it. We assign a no-moat rating, a negative moat trend, and an exemplary capital allocation rating to the company. We are increasing the fair value estimate for Kilroy Realty to $74 per share from $72 per share.
