Eni's Q1 Earnings Lifted by Higher Oil and Gas Prices, but Shareholder Returns Plan Unchanged

Eni reported first-quarter adjusted net earnings of EUR 3.3 billion compared with EUR 270 million the year before. Higher oil and gas prices lifted exploration and production as well as global gas and liquefied natural gas earnings, which offset losses elsewhere.
