(MarketNewsVideo.com) -- This morning Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO) declared its quarterly dividend of $2.00 per share, maintaining the amount paid last quarter. The dividend consists of a 12.5 cent regular dividend and a special dividend in the amount of $1.875.

Investors pushed the stock lower following the news as shares of Diamond Offshore Drilling fell by almost five percent this morning.

In other dividend news, Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share. And the DR Pepper Snapple Group (DPS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.

Among dividend increases, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) announced its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in November of 14 cents. And BCE Incorporated (BCE) announced its quarterly dividend of 43.5 cents per share, an increase of about 13% over its prior dividend in December of 38.6 cents.
