Truist updates schedule for 2024 earnings conference calls

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 5, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Truist Financial Corporation (NYSE: TFC) announced an update to its schedule of conference calls to review quarterly financial results due to the pending sale of Truist Insurance Holdings, which is expected to close during the second quarter of this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
Calls will now be held on the following dates:
- First quarter 2024 – Monday, April 22, 2024 at 8 a.m. ET
- Second quarter 2024 – Monday, July 22, 2024 at 8 a.m. ET
The following previously announced dates remain unchanged:
- Third quarter 2024 – Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 8 a.m. ET
- Fourth quarter 2024 – Friday, January 17, 2025 at 8 a.m. ET
