(NASDAQ: SGRP) (“SPAR”, “SPAR Group” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of merchandising and marketing services, today announces that it will release its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2023 results on Monday, April 1, 2024, before the market opens. In conjunction with the release, a conference call will be hosted by Mike Matacunas, Chief Executive Officer; and Antonio Calisto Pato, Chief Financial Officer, and will include a Q&A session following the prepared remarks starting at 10:00 am Eastern.
