Telefonica, Digi Sign Nonbinding Mobile-Network Deal in Spain

Telefonica said it signed nonbinding agreement with Romania's Digi Communications for a long-term mobile network wholesale contract in Spain.
The Spanish telecommunications group said Thursday that it expects to conclude the agreement in the next few weeks, subject to definitive final documentation.
The parties reached an agreement in principle on the terms and conditions, details of which Telefonica didn't disclose.
