Anglo American Platinum appointed its acting chief financial officer, Sayurie Naidoo, to the role permanently.
The South African precious-metals company--which is majority owned by Anglo American PLC--said Naidoo will take up the position on Wednesday.
Naidoo, who has been with the company for more than 15 years, had been acting CFO since Craig Miller became chief executive last October, the group said.
