BP Simplifies Organization, Reduces Leadership Team Size

BP said it plans to simplify its organizational structure, though maintain three business units, in an effort to reduce duplication and complexity.
The company added that it will also reduce the size of its executive leadership team to 10 members. The company's financial reporting structure remains unchanged.
