UniCredit to Buy Back Up to 200 Million Shares, Propose $1.95 a Share Dividend

UniCredit said it would buy back up to 200 million shares and propose a dividend of 1.795 euros ($1.95) a share for 2023.

The Italian bank said Thursday that it will propose both measures to shareholders at their next meeting scheduled in April.

UniCredit said its buyback proposal corresponds to EUR3.09 billion.
