Assa Abloy Buys U.S. Manufacturer of Loading Dock Equipment

STOCKHOLM--Assa Abloy said Monday that it has acquired Integrated Warehouse Solutions, a U.S. manufacturer of loading dock equipment.
IWS was founded in 1975 and has around 550 employees. The company is headquartered in Burleson, Texas.
Sales for 2022 amounted to about $170 million and the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start, Assa Abloy said.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
