LY Corp. Unit Raises $140 Million From PE-Led Consortium

Line Next Corp., LY Corp.'s unit focused on Web3 business strategy and planning, has raised $140 million from a consortium led by Crescendo Equity Partners, a private-equity firm sponsored by Peter Thiel.
Line Next plans to use the funds to expand its global business and develop new services, it said Wednesday.
