Assa Abloy Buys Brazilian Industrial Door Manufacturer

STOCKHOLM--Assa Abloy said Tuesday it has acquired Inovadoor Portas Industriais, a Brazilian industrial door manufacturer.
Inovadoor was founded in 1997 and has around 100 employees. Sales amounted to about 52 million Brazilian reais ($10.3 million) in 2022 and the acquisition will be accretive to earnings per share from the start, it said.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
