EQT to Sell LimaCorporate to Enovis

STOCKHOLM--EQT said Monday that together with its co-shareholders it has agreed to sell Italian orthopaedic device manufacturer LimaCorporate to Enovis.
Financial details weren't disclosed but the Swedish buyout firm said the deal should close in early 2024, subject to customary conditions.
EQT bought LimaCorporate in 2016.
