Vitesco Technologies to Expand Executive Board to Six Members
By Giulia Petroni
Vitesco Technologies Group said it will create a new role responsible for integrity and law, expanding its executive board to six members.
The German auto supplier said Thursday that it has appointed Stephan Roelleke as head of integrity and law, starting from Oct. 1 for three years.
Roelleke currently serves as general counsel at the company.
The new function will allow the company to expand the areas of legal and technical compliance, claim management, intellectual property, and law, Vitesco Technologies said.
