Wilson Tennis Racket Maker Amer Sports Plans U.S. IPO, Bloomberg Reports
--Amer Sports has filed confidentially for a U.S. initial public offering that could value the maker of Wilson tennis rackets and Salomon ski boots at as much as $10 billion, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter.
--Amer Sports, backed by China's Anta Sports Products, is targeting an IPO of more than $1 billion and could end up seeking as much as $3 billion depending on market conditions, the sources told Bloomberg.
--The company plans to list by early next year, according to the report.
