--Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. is mulling a possible sale of its life-insurance units in Southeast Asia, which could be valued at around $1 billion, Bloomberg reports, citing sources familiar with the matter.
--The Japanese insurance holding company is working with an adviser to assess potential interest among investors in a deal that would involve its units in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, Bloomberg reports.
