Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG) (the “Company” or “OSG”) announced today that it plans to release its first quarter results of fiscal year 2024 before the market opens on Friday, May 10, 2024.
The Company will host a conference call and webcast to discuss its first quarter of fiscal year 2024 results at 9:30 a.m. ET on Friday, May 10, 2024.
