March 27, 2024 -- Seadrill Limited (“Seadrill” or the “Company”) (NYSE & OSE: SDRL) today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the SEC, www.sec.gov, and is also available on the investor portion of the Company’s website, www.seadrill.com.
