The first of them, Tom O'Neil, has been with DF Dent & Co. since 1985 and managed this fund since its 2011 inception. He came off the all-cap DF Dent Premier Growth DFDPX two years ago, and now he is dropping off Midcap Growth as part of his retirement from portfolio management duties, though he is remaining with the firm to do macro analysis and manage money for some private clients.
