Business Strategy and Outlook
As the pandemic subsided, real estate project management services in China rapidly expanded, driven by liquidity strains on small and midsize developers, and increasing land acquisition by local government entities. We think that real estate sector consolidation has accelerated, which should push out some of Central China Management Company's, or CCMGT's, traditional pool of customers. However, we expect CCMGT to capitalize on the emerging presence of local government projects over the next few years, mainly for delivering residential and affordable housing units.
