Listed in Hong Kong in May 2020, Central China New Life, or CCNL, is a sister company to China property developer Central China Real Estate, or CCRE. CCNL is the largest property management service provider in central China region by GFA under management, or GUM, and revenue. Different from other listed peers, CCNL specifically focuses on Henan province, covering all 18-prefecture-level cities and enjoying the largest market share within the province. The firm manages a diversified portfolio of residential properties, shopping malls, cultural tourism complexes, commercial apartments, office buildings and government agency properties.
