ComEd Files First Rate Case Under New Legislation That Overhauled Illinois Regulation

We are reaffirming our $41 per share fair value estimate for Exelon after its Illinois subsidiary, ComEd, filed a rate case seeking to increase rates $1.5 billion over four years. Our narrow moat and stable moat trend ratings remain unchanged.
