United Parcel Service said Chief Financial Officer Brian Newman would depart the company as he looks to focus on his health.
Newman, who has served as financial chief for the shipping company since 2019, is expected to depart June 1. The company said it plans to evaluate internal and external candidates for his successor.
Newman said that his immediate priority was to focus on his health.
Before joining UPS, Newman served in various finance roles at PepsiCo over 26 years with the company.
