You have access to Morningstar retirement services at no cost, including Morningstar Retirement Manager for personalized advice and Morningstar Investor for analysis and planning support.

We reward strong performance through bonus payouts based on company results and individual contribution.

You can build long-term ownership in Morningstar by converting a portion of your bonus or commissions into restricted stock units (RSUs), with an additional 50% company match.

After every four years of work, employees are eligible for a sabbatical that can be used for personal growth, travel, or rest.

Flexible time off includes vacation days, sick time, personal days, and holidays.

We provide paid parental leave with a global minimum of 16 weeks for primary caregivers and up to 8 weeks for secondary caregivers.
