Company Profile
Bhiraj Office Leasehold REIT is a closed-end real estate investment trust. The company invests in long-term leasehold rights in the office building area. Its objectives are to mobilize funds raised from the selling of trust units and the loan from the financial institution to invest in the leasehold right of Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier project and BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC project which comprises majority of the office rental areas and the associated operation areas. It operates in one segment namely lease of property investment in Thailand.
