LL Flooring's stock rallies 50% following Live Ventures buyout offer
LL Flooring Holdings Inc. (LL) rallied Thursday after Live Ventures Inc. (LIVE) offered $5.85 a share cash for the company. LL shares surged as much as 52% to an intraday high of $4.45 following the offer. Live Ventures shares rose 0.4%.
