Check Point Software Names Roei Golan Permanent Finance Chief
By Colin Kellaher
Check Point Software Technologies on Thursday said it named Roei Golan chief financial officer, removing the interim tag he has carried since November.
Mr. Golan, who joined Check Point's finance department in 2021, stepped in as interim finance chief of the provider of cybersecurity solutions after Tal Payne, who had held the post since 2008, took a six-month sabbatical.
Check Point on Thursday said Ms. Payne plans to continue pursuing personal interests and won't return to the company.
