Medical Properties Trust Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (the “Company” or “MPT”) (NYSE: MPW) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock to be paid on May 1, 2024, to stockholders of record on April 22, 2024.
