While there was little in Franklin Resources fiscal first-quarter results that would alter our long-term view of the firm, we expect to raise our $26 per share fair value estimate slightly once we've incorporated these results into our valuation. This would leave the company's shares fairly valued relative to their Jan. 29 trading price.
