The company is developing complete, connected, mixed-use communities on its existing retail properties, under its wholly-owned residential sub-brand, SmartLiving. The Trust develops, leases, constructs, owns and manages shopping centres, office buildings, high-rise and low-rise condominiums and rental residences, seniors’ housing, townhome units, self-storage rental facilities, and industrial facilities in Canada.
