The company operates in three business segments: property development, which sells lots, apartments, luxury living spaces, and office units; commercial leasing, which operates shopping malls, offices, and hotels; and services, which completes construction projects, manages property, distributes power, and operates an airline. The majority of revenue comes from the residential development business segment.
