The company's subscription-based business model generates stable and predictable recurring revenue from cloud, colocation and connectivity services. Once a customer is obtained, TeraGo's strategy is to generate incremental recurring revenue from that customer by adding new customer locations, increasing service capacity supplied to existing locations, increasing data center cabinet space and power and/or providing additional services. Connectivity service generates maximum revenue for the company.
